An absolute must for the 21st century gentleman. Never have your beastly ankles on show again with this beautiful pair of vintage sock garters/suspenders. This is quite an uncommon box design, I’ve certainly never seen another like it. The phrase ‘no metal can touch the leg’ took on a double meaning during the First World War, with soldiers seeing these items as a good luck charm so that no metal (bullets etc.) would hit them!

They come in an unworn deadstock condition - the suspenders themselves are actually a ‘Boston’ brand, so have been misplaced somewhere through the years. This explains why the box is stamped with 'Black' as the colour, despite them actually being a striped navy blue... Fully wearable with the elastics still stretchy with life in them!
