An original 1940s/1950s heavy pure wool pea coat with full cotton lining and excellent lapels, fantastic styling… There are two stitched holes on the left breast that suggests this was possibly a military item, or worn as some sort of public service item where a name tag/badges would’ve been. This is a large heavy piece and the postage price therefore reflects this - worth it for such a brilliant item!
Condition:
- Very good vintage condition, there is a small mark to one elbow (photographed) but not particularly visible when worn unless looking for it. There is also a bit of wear to the back collar and a repair to the inside lining (both also photographed). Altogether in a lovely condition for an item of this age. Please study the photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description.
